The Company „Slaughterhouse” arose in 1990. At first the production (of pork and beef) encompassed the local and national market. In the course of time, the firm has developed, the production has increased, which required increasing the producing power of the plant. The expansion of the European Union, which was going to take place soon, made it mandatory to modernise the plant in consistence with the EU requirements. As a result, there arose a modern plant specialising in beef production (beef quarters).
The company “Chru¶liński” under its current name has existed since 2003 when the company stretched its action onto selling liquid fuels. Expanding the action caused the change of the statutes and the name of the company. After modernisation the plant was qualified into a group of bodies that can sell its products into the European markets and export them to the third countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro).
Since the beginning of its action, the main objective of the company has been producing goods of highest quality. After modernising the plant, the HACCP system was introduced (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point). It is a system of controlling food based on preventing problems concerning food safety accepted by international authorities such as the Common Committee of FAO/WHO.
